These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WAMP Systems website and the services offered by WAMP Systems ("WAMP Systems", "we", "us", "our"), a micro software development firm run by Lee Engel and based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Quotes and proposals we provide are valid for the period stated in the document (typically 30 days). They are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised if the scope of work changes. Acceptance of a quote must be in writing, and work begins only after the terms of the project agreement are confirmed.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate and complete information about your requirements;
• providing timely feedback, approvals, and access to systems or materials we reasonably need;
• ensuring you own the rights to any content, data, or third-party assets you supply;
• paying agreed fees on time as set out in your agreement.

7. Third-party services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (including Facebook) and our projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
