Data Deletion Instructions

1. Your right to delete your data

If you have interacted with WAMP Systems — for example, by contacting us, engaging our services, or using any application or service we operate — you have the right to request that all personal data we hold about you be permanently deleted, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and applicable law.

2. How to request deletion

Requesting deletion is simple and free:

1. Send an email from the address you used to contact us, or that is associated with the account or service in question.
2. Address it to: rasengelza@gmail.com
3. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
4. In the body, include:
   • your full name;
   • the email address or account identifier associated with your data;
   • a short description of your interaction with us (e.g. "enquiry sent via website in June 2026").

3. What happens next

• We will verify your identity to make sure we only delete data belonging to you.
• If we need more information to locate your data, we will reply asking for it.
• Once verified, we will permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request.
• We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

4. What we delete

Your personal data — including your name, contact details, correspondence, and any account or user records associated with you — will be permanently removed from our active systems and backups are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

The only information we may keep is what the law requires us to retain (for example, tax or accounting records), and we will keep such records only for the legally required period.
